This research will be designed to complement other research activities in the Production-to-Consumption Project on market oriented crop-livestock systems of West Africa and to contribute to the Livestock Feeds and Nutrition Programme of ILRI. The successful candidate will be responsible for:  Planning and implementing the research on feed utilisation, animal nutrition and feeding systems.  Managing all aspects from proposal preparation and research implementation to reporting, ensuring effective linkages to other relevant projects within and outside ILRI.  Assessing priorities and identifying partners and funding opportunities.
